Submission of Applications

Applications for the current granting cycle are to be received at the CSL Behring Foundation no later than January 31, 2009. Decisions regarding grant awards will be announced in April 2009.

Intellectual Property

Any inventions or patents that result from CSL Behring Foundation grants shall remain the property of the grantee/investigator, subject to the rules of his/her institution. However, by applying for this grant, the applicant agrees that the CSL Behring Foundation for Research and Advancement of Patient Health has the exclusive right of first refusal in respect of licenses for any such inventions or patents and the parties shall, in good faith, negotiate a license thereto under commercially reasonable terms and conditions that are mutually agreeable to the parties.
